My Work

eLearningThanks for wanting to learn more about my work. I am passionate about helping individuals and companies become better at what they do by enhancing their learning through technology. Instructional Design and eLearning became my passion ever since I developed my first online job aid (using a Japanese version of MS Word – remind me to tell you the story later) for Johnson & Johnson in 1999. From the early days of using hand-coded HTML to the current cutting edge eLearning technologies, I have studied the fine art of learning, collaboration and teaching online.

In the today’s world of Twitter, YouTube, Kindle, WordPress, Flash, and iPhone, there are many opportunities for the field of online education and eLearning. However, to be truly effective, these tools and technologies need to be supported by innovative instructional approaches which enable collaboration, communication and engagement. Being skilled in both technology and instructional design, enables me to create eLearning solutions that are effective, efficient and appealing. Having completed too many incredibly boring online courses, I am also a big believer in making eLearning fun.
