Janus Rep Training
Janus needed a training program that would incorporate new tools, materials, skills and knowledge to help the organization migrate its business, investors, and systems towards ebusiness. The program needed to help phone representatives take advantage of opportunities during phone calls to recommend available services on www.janus.com to investors when meaningful and relevant.
My Role
I led the instructional design and development of the intranet training site that provides information, guidelines, knowledge and skills required to work effectively in the new organization.
